About Me

Kimberley Turnbull is a certified finance coach, also known as a money coach. Kimberley used to be a registered massage therapist, who at the beginning of her career, had what many people have, a large amount of student debt. And along with starting out in her career and being paid much like a contractor would, depending on clients, made it difficult to pay down that student loan and also gained credit card debt in the process.

Kimberley worked for 4 different companies at the same time. She depended on her then-partner and could barely pay her debts, to living on her own, getting out of more than $12,000 of debt in 10 months and down to working with only 1 company.

It was with the last job she got and the use of budgeting that got her to that point. Kimberley, at the time, didn’t have an education in money management, other than a high school course on accounting, and she really liked numbers but hated debt.

Over the years since then, Kimberley has helped family and friends with their debt, from figuring out what debt should be paid first to how to manage a credit card better. Even more recently, she has helped her now spouse turn their life around from going through a bankruptcy, to having money in their account and building their credit back up to where they could even get approved for a mortgage in less than 3 years.

It is now that Kimberley has shifted her career into being a certified finance coach and is adventuring out to help others go from a place of financial worry and going from pay check to pay check to having healthy finances where debt is no longer the enemy, but a tool to help you get to bigger and better things in life.
